DeBorah is a resilient compassionate individual who drives herself to excellence and success.
Ms. Wilder has worked with the public and private sector for over 30 years, engaging in a wide range of
experience and background. She has worked with children and young adults in the foster care program for
over 10 years. She holds over 5,000 hours of community volunteer work functioning with such organizations as
Hands on Nashville, Meals-On-Wheels, Oak Hill Camp for Boys & Girls, Big Brother Big Sisters and
Metropolitan Florida public schools. Ms. Wilder strongly believes in surrounding herself with a diverse
work group and powerful talent to adapt to the audience at hand and to strive for proven results.
She currently holds a license for fostering children in her private home and works primarily with hard to place
youth in the foster care system. She also holds a degree in Business Management and Finance.
